Saturday evening’s Pigs & Pinot Gala features a sumptuous five-course dinner at Hotel Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Kitchen. As a collaborative offering, each course features a signature creation from Palmer and his guest chefs including: Trevor Bird of Fable in Vancouver, Chris Cosentino of Cockscomb, Jackrabbit and Acacia House at Las Alcobas, Border Grill’s Susan Feniger, Rick Moonen of RM Seafood and Bryan Voltaggio of VOLT, Lunchbox, Family Meal, RANGE and AGGIO. Every course will be paired with two limited-production Pinot Noirs from highly acclaimed wineries including TR Elliott Winery, Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery, Arista Winery and Martin’s Lane Winery.

A post-gala celebration with after-dinner drinks and dessert in the Hotel Healdsburg lobby. All Pigs & Pinot celebrants are welcome to attend.
Seminar tickets are ONLY included in Hotel Healdsburg Lodging Packages and selections are subject to availability. Full package pricing is charged at the time of booking. There is an eight-week cancellation policy for full refund. Packages cancelled after Friday, January 26, 2018 at 3pm PST are non-refundable.
