Tickets are non-refundable. Hotel Lodging Packages have a eight-week cancellation policy for full refund. Packages cancelled after Friday, January 19, 2024 at 3pm PST are non-refundable. The room portion of the package may be applied to a future stay; ticket fees will not be credited. Please email info@pigsandpinot.com for cancellations.

Yes, if you a guest staying with us as part of a Pigs & Pinot Hotel Healdsburg or Harmon Guest House lodging package, complimentary valet service is available at Hotel Healdsburg and Harmon Guest House.
There is ample street parking on Healdsburg Avenue and the streets surrounding Hotel Healdsburg. There is also a parking lot behind Hotel Healdsburg off of Matheson Street (entrance is just past the Hotel Healdsburg valet lot).

Guests must check-in outside of The Matheson. Check-in will begin at 10:20am. Please do not arrive prior to check-in time
Ultimate Pinot Smackdown
Guests must check-in outside of the Hotel Healdsburg Garden Courtyard (check-in will be set up outside of the Porch Room). Check-in will begin at 12:45pm. Please do not arrive before check-in.
